Withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may notify us within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Email info@mybrusssh.shop and include your order number and the item concerned.

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. The direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Sealed hygiene products

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply after the seal has been broken, where the legal conditions for this exception are met. This can apply in particular to opened or used toothbrush heads and oral-care attachments.

Refunds

We will issue the refund to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide reliable evidence that they have been sent back.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives visibly damaged, is incorrect, or appears defective, contact us promptly and include photos or video where helpful. This information does not limit any mandatory statutory warranty or consumer rights.
